Cancellation Policy & other notes

Tickets are available exclusively through this website. No tickets will be available on the bus on the day of the event. No refunds, all ticket sales are final. Ticket fees are never refundable under any circumstance.

All attendees must arrive with a virtual ticket. (your e-mail) Each child must be accompanied by a ticketed legal guardian.  A birth certificate photocopy can be used as proof of age if needed. Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian with ticket at all times. 

Tickets are required to board the bus. 

Tour tickets are good for the date and time printed on the ticket and may not be transferred to another date/time. Ticket resale is prohibited. To resolve any unforeseen ticketing issues, the ticket purchaser should arrive with matching photo ID. Thanks for your understanding while we make this fair for all fans.

Please ensure that you are on time for the tour. The tour start time will be printed on your virtual ticket. The bus will leave after the last person boards. Late arrivals will unfortunately not be able to join the group. All tour attendees must exit the bus at the end of the tour so we can prepare for the next tour. Re-entry is prohibited at all times.

Tour cannot pickup from private residences or hotels

Our tours and events are held rain or shine. Please monitor the forecast for Tacoma, WA and come prepared with appropriate clothing, footwear and rain gear. If the event is threatened by dangerous weather or other emergency, information updates will be sent to the ticket purchaser.

Traffic and road conditions may alter tour route. This is not typical though

If you have a group of 7 or more that would like a private tour please submit a request by entering your information here. Our ability to service these requests will vary based on staff availability.

  1. Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the bus. Drugs, alcoholic beverages and all types of weapons are prohibited on the bus. Anyone arriving under the influence will be denied entry.
  2. Attendees may not photograph or record their tour guides or other attendees unless otherwise agreed. 

That is where the majority of tourist come when visiting the Pacific Northwest. This is also where all the cruise ships come in. 

We may ask you to walk a couple blocks during pickup or drop off due to traffic or road conditions

Yes, please bring comfortable footwear and appropriate apparel for the expected weather. Our walking tours range in length up to 2 miles. 

All ticket sales are final. Tickets and fees are not refundable or transferrable to another event under any circumstance, including Covid-19. Please understand these terms when purchasing tickets.
On the rare occasion that an event needs to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, your tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded. (minus the ticket processing fees)
